Something very big is happening – or should I say – starting –
But before I tell you about it, how about YOUR tomorrow?

Roger. You’ll whittle away your waistline.
Which brings me to my tomorrow.
Tomorrow I’m teaching at the RKC 2 – where our primary focus
is going to be on double kettlebell training.
Double kettlebells are where you really start seeing amazing
Candidates will learn the nuances of the Double Snatch, the
Double Push Press, and the Double Jerk.
Of course, we’ll lay the groundwork first on the other doubles
drills. (By “we” I mean yours truly…)
It’ll be a blast for all of us involved – especially for the level 2
I’ll be seeing guys like “Big Mike” – who can already Double
Snatch a pair of 40kg’s and Clean + Press the Beasts for 3
And “Lil’ Chris” – my friend who’s used KBs to get “wiry”
strong doing very minimalist KB workouts despite the demands
of being a coach, trainer, and father of 5 kids.
(Yeah, that’s not a typo – FIVE kids!)
They’ll come away with a much deeper understanding of all
the doubles drills, which means, they’ll be able to get faster
results from their training.
