#1 “Secret Trick” To Get Faster Results In Strength

Every once in awhile I get an email that just makes me
smile.

I smile because usually there’s a story involved – and a
transformation occurs.

Here’s an email I got from Bruce Salazar, SFG the other
day that I just had to share with you because I think
it’ll inspire you to help you become stronger.

“Hello there Mr. Neupert!

I just wanted to thanks so much for putting KB Strong
together and all the other products I have picked up from
you the past year (KBurn Extreme, More KB muscle..). I
never thought I would ever be strong enough to become an
RKC or now an SFG, but thanks to your products I have become
leaner and stronger than ever before. I’m 34 now, so it’ s
kinda a big deal since I have a family and a child (possibly
more in the future) that I want to inspire. Your work has
also helped me become a much better personal trainer, and
earlier this month I did the SFG cert under Pavel and Dan
John and passed! That weekend was tough, but there was
never really a doubt in my mind that I wouldn’t make it.
All the complex work got my conditioning set for the snatch
test, and KB Strong totally gave me everything I needed to
make sure my form was up to snuff. All this with just your
products. I had no one to coach me except you, in a way.

First, Bruce, if you’re reading this – BIG congrats to you
my man! You’re awesome and you’re family should be proud of
you for setting such a great example of setting goals and
accomplishing them.

Second, here’s what I want to point out – here’s the #1
“Secret Trick” to getting stronger –

Only Follow Proven Plans.

Key words there:

1. Only – as in “do nothing else but”

2. Follow – as in get behind something and don’t let it
out of your sight

3. Proven – as in something that has been tested and
been found to produce the desired result

4. Plan(s) – as something with a pre-determined outcome and
a logical sequence

When you do that – you literally can go, as trite as it
sounds, from “Zero to Hero.”

In Bruce’s own words, he never thought he’d be strong enough
to pass an RKC or SFG, yet he did. Not only that, but because
of his preparation, there was no doubt in his mind that he
couldn’t do it.

Maybe you think the same things.

The truth is, you CAN accomplish WHATEVER you set
you mind to doing.

And, you WILL accomplish whatever you set your mind to
doing when your actions follow.

Why not challenge yourself to be like Bruce?

I think he’s a fantastic role model.

Why not start with “Kettlebell STRONG!” and then go get
your SFG?

Yes, even if you’re not a personal trainer.

Why?

For the CHALLENGE.

For the accomplishment.

To do something that will get you out of your comfort zone
and make you a better man or woman.

To do something that will test your mettle.

To do something that will make you stand up a little taller
and make your more proud of yourself.

To do something that will inspire others.

The fact is, you never know who’s watching you and who you
can help by the simple act of demonstration.

1. Actually follow a proven kettlebell training plan that,
to use Bruce’s words, will get you “leaner and stronger
than ever before” -
