17 Lessons For Achieving Your Kettlebell Training Goals In 2016…

… And beyond.

Real quick –

I don’t know if this has ever happened to you or not –

You look back over the course of the previous year (or 10) and realize you’re really not much further along, if at all, then you were last year.

Worse case scenario, you’re worse off.

You know why?

Because you haven’t learned all of these 17 Lessons.

What are they?

I was reminded of them (and I don’t have them all down pat either – still working on #3,9, and 12) when hiking a 1 mile trail that ascends 2000 feet up the face of a mountain.

(I am however, very good at #14.)

Read it here and make more progress in 2016 than you made last year, or maybe even the previous 10!
