Everyone’s going nuts with New Year’s Resolutions.
Maybe that’s you.
Not much has changed.
Just doubling-down on my current goals.
Regardless – you might be thinking about your workouts and making some changes.
After all, it is the “New Year.”
Maybe one of those rapid fat loss programs or whatever.
There are 3 questions I ask my new private coaching clients, in some form or another to help them get clear on what it is they REALLY want to accomplish.
You need to ask yourself the same 3 questions to make sure you’re REALLY on the right track.
Answer them honestly and you’ll save yourself a lot of time, energy, and frustration this year.
AND you stand a much better chance of finally reaching your goals.
PS – You may be tempted to not answer these questions.
Do so at your own risk, especially if you feel “stuck” trying to get a different outcome from your workouts but end up with the “same ol’ results.”
