3 Tips To Instantly Improve Your Pressing Strength (Video)

Happy Friday!

Hope it’s going great so far.

My right shoulder’s been bothering me lately
because I’ve been sleeping on it for the last
year straight – on my stomach with my arm
across my body – jammed under my pillow.

Some days my Press feels “sticky” because
of it.

Anyway, here are some tips I use to help
the shoulder work properly and get my Press
working again.


Heads up – it’s an old video – about 3 years
old or so – but the tips still work.

P.S. I taught these at last year’s “Summit of
Strength” and it’s amazing how many people’s
Press got stronger by just applying one or two
of these tips.
