My right shoulder’s been bothering me lately
because I’ve been sleeping on it for the last
year straight – on my stomach with my arm
across my body – jammed under my pillow.
Some days my Press feels “sticky” because
Anyway, here are some tips I use to help
the shoulder work properly and get my Press
Heads up – it’s an old video – about 3 years
old or so – but the tips still work.
