6 Bodyweight Exercises That Will Make Your Swing Instantly Better

As you may know, I’ve been playing around
with a ton of bodyweight exercises over the
past 6 months or so.

And I’ve found something really cool
about them –

They’ve made my Swings, and all my
kettlebell ballistics more explosive.
