You might’ve noticed that I’ve been on
a bodyweight training kick lately.
You might also think that’s weird since I’m
a Master RKC.
But see, strength is strength – whether you’re
training with your bodyweight or slinging
around a kettlebell.
The thing is, it doesn’t have to be either/or.
It can, and should, at certain times, be BOTH.
And that’s why I’ve endorsed RKC Chris
Lopez’s “TT Kettlebell Revolution.”
Because he does a great job combining some
of my favorite kettlebell exercises with some
of my favorite bodyweight exercises – Chins
Why am I not promoting my own product since
I’m a “high and mighty” Master RKC? (Tongue
in cheek there…)
Because I don’t have one.
I haven’t designed one yet.
Chris has and he’s done a darn good job with
P.P.S. If you’re still treading water, it’s only a
matter of time to you either get rescued or sink.
You can “rescue yourself” by letting Chris
help you out.
