Do This Lower Back Exercise For A Stronger More Explosive Swing

Ok, back today as promised with what I believe
to be one of the best – and most under-rated and
overlooked exercises to improve your Swing.

We’ve been on a back pain/Swing improvement
series and this is the last installment in the series.

Even if you don’t have any “active” pain while
swinging, this one simple exercise still needs to
be in your program – at least for a little while.

Expect to see what I’ve seen with my clients
and myself – a faster, stronger, more explosive
Swing (and other ballistic exercises).

It’s also one of the best for improving spinal
stability – one of the reasons you might have
pain during your Swings.

Of course, if you’re Swing is so powerful that
you’re swinging a pair of Beasts for 10 sets of
10 to 20 reps, then you probably won’t need
this. If not…

P.S. I was amazed the first couple of times how
hard this exercise was, even though it looks so
“easy” and “simple.” I was huffing and puffing
and sweat was dripping from my face!
