In it a good friend of mine and I show you a controversial
“exercise” that has been VERY beneficial to my clients
and me. (His too.)
You’ll see why it’s controversial – it has to do with the neck
and neck positioning seems to be a hot topic these days.
According to some people, if you don’t put your neck in a
certain special position, you’re in for all kinds of bad stuff
happening to your body…
Funny, once I started ignoring this “expert advice” many
of my issues started to disappear.
Quite the contrast when you think about it…
Now I’m no longer “fixing” stuff – mobilizing this, pulling
on that. In fact, I can do pretty much anything I want to do
on most days with very little “prep” or warming up.
