Ok, I gave you a heads up a couple of times last

Ha! I’m a Physical Culturist first and foremost –
meaning I’m interested in all aspects of strength
and health. Some more than others.
I happen to think KBs are one of the easiest and

levels of physical conditioning.

Because I honestly believe and have experienced
that a sign of optimum health is having low
body fat – low enough to see your abs.
And when you’re healthy, you have a better chance
of getting stronger cause your body is working
optimally and not fighting itself.
5) “So this is a book about diet?”
Nope – there’s diet included in here but it’s
MUCH more than that. I cover all aspects of how to
get the coveted “six pack” – really focusing on
why most people don’t have it and how to operate
your body in order to get it.
And there are exercises included too, including
direct abdominal work, which I’m convinced that we
all need more of.
6) “OK, so how do I get your new book and what’s
the catch – why are you giving it to me for free?”

And “the catch” is a Biggie – all I’m asking that
