How To Cure Your [Secret] Food “Addictions.”

Let’s be honest with each other here –

One of the reasons people can’t seem to lose body fat – kettlebells or not – is they can’t seem to kick their “addictions” to junk food.

You associate great taste with “bad” food.

- SIDE RANT – : I almost said there is no such thing as bad food, but that’s just not true.

America’s food supply is just so polluted it’s not even funny.

Don’t believe me?

Look at this picture of two eggs, sunny-side up on a ribeye I had last summer in Italy.

When was the last time you bought eggs in the US with yolks that dark?

The truth is, much of America’s food is “manufactured.”

As in “engineered.”

As in watered down or with additives added to make you crave more – dyes, high fructose corn syrup, trans fats… To name a few…

So yes, much of the food eaten in the States is “bad” and contributes to that “addictive” feeling.

So it’s no wonder it’s hard to give up your favorite foods, no matter how hard you try.

And it’s no wonder you feel guilty every time you try to quit and fail.

The deck, as they say, is stacked against you.

However, there is one thing you can do.

And that’s trick yourself psychologically.

You simply substitute in “healthy” variations of your favorite foods.

Unfortunately, if you’ve tried that in the past, you’ve more likely than not failed.

Most of those “healthy” substitutions taste like cardboard.

And those are the “good” variations.

The bad ones?

Well, they taste like something you stepped in on the side of the road smells. (Think about it.)

Until now.
