How To Get Out Of “The Kettlebell Funk”…

Well, here we are…

In the “dog days of summer.”

For some, it’s an exciting time because school is starting
and the kids are back to their normal routine and so
are you.

For others, man, the heat and humidity have caught up
with you – maybe even zapping your energy – and you may
be in a funk.

If that’s where you find yourself – don’t worry about it.

Here’s what you do:

As little as possible.

Seriously.

Just pick one thing and do it.

And just a couple of times each week.

Seriously.

How about twice – just twice a week.

One exercise.

Maybe the Clean + Press.

Why?

Cause it’s hard?

No.

Cause it covers all the major bases – pull + push + abs +
maybe even a hint of conditioning.

(And honestly, when you’re already in a funk from being
hot and sweaty, the last thing you want to get is hotter and
sweatier.)

And that’s it.

If you don’t know or don’t have a program to follow –

Just follow the “STRONG!” program inside “Kettlebell
STRONG!.”

It’s designed to be done 2 or 3 days a week.

And it starts out easy – just what you need to get out of your
funk and into something more rigorous.

P.S. The cool thing about “Kettlebell STRONG!” is it’s like
you’re going back to school for your kettlebell training.

It’s advanced information that is actually exciting to learn
(unlike much of what we had to take in school) that you
can watch, read, and learn at your pace (also unlike school).

And when you apply it at your pace, you’ll be amazed at
how much stronger you’ll get.

Not only that, I think you’ll also agree with this email I
got from Aaron –

“It is very well written and the cues / tips are worth the
price alone.  It will keep me advancing indefinitely.”
