How To Lose Fat By Combining Kettlebells & Bodyweight Training

As you probably know by now I’m not only a big
fan of kettlebells, but also of bodyweight training.

I’ve been spending a lot of time lately in my own
training with bodyweight and I’ve strongly
encouraged you to do the same.

But how would you combine the two into a
successful fat loss program?
