Happy Father’s Day to you if you’re a Dad and celebrating
I won’t lie – I’m sad.
I’m away from my kiddos – and I miss them. Terribly.
(I was on the plane over here to Italy and there was a
family of 6 – 2 parents and 4 kids and the littlest one was
shouting, “Da-da! Da-da!”
Made me miss my little girl who is all about her Daddy
now and runs around the house shouting, “Da-deee!
One of the cool/fun things about Father’s Day is of course
Father’s Day breakfast or brunch.
You get to have all your favorite things:
Fruit (Wait – how’d that get in here??)
Mmmmm… Ok, don’t get me started…
Unfortunately, eating like that every Sunday is a fast-track
Or is it?
My good friend Mikey “Pancakes” Whitfield has come up
with an ingenious way to do just that.
Not only can you eat like this every weekend – but it’s a
MUST if you’re trying to drop some extra L-B’s. (Pounds.)
Happy Father’s Day.
I’m off to teach a “Kettlebell STRONG!” workshop and then
hopefully FaceTime with the family.
P.S. Speaking of scoops – I had half a kilo (a pound) of gelato
2 nights ago.
Pistachio, hazelnut, coffee, lime, and lemon sorbet.
Yeah, it sounds like a lot because it was.
However, yesterday, I barely ate anything. Didn’t need
