How To Make Your KBs Feel “Like Helium Balloons”

Love that.

And it’s not my quote either.

More on that in a minute.

Look, real quick – going into the weekend here we have
things to do so let’s not beat around the bush.

If you’re frustrated with your lack of results from your KB
training then you’re not alone.

So many of us have walked in your shoes.

Here’s how you fix it:

1. Learn the correct techniques for each lift.

2. Be patient with #1. (But when done correctly they
hack into your brain’s hardware making it a quick study.)

3. Stop trying to do your own thing – pick a program
designed by a professional and follow it. (This saves you
time and energy and slashes your frustration levels
to virtually zero.)

4. Work on your strength first, then focus on everything
else. (Strength is your foundation for your conditioning.
Gotta be able to walk a mile before you can run it…)

Of course you shouldn’t take my word for it.

Here’s where the “helium balloons” comment came from –

I just can’t make that stuff up.

It’s almost the weekend. It might’ve been a long week for
you.

The least you can do for yourself is “give up the ghost”
of trying to do this stuff on your own.

You can try.

And remain frustrated.

Or you can do what other guys just like us have done:

Outsource your efforts.

Take a load off, ensure your success, and amaze yourself
with your results – even making your KBs feel like helium
balloons.
