[INSIDE] The “SHIELD” Kettlebell Workout?

I’m not sure if you know this or not, but one of the most
anticipated movies of the summer is due to open at
Midnight tonight.

And they’re projecting it to be one of the hottest movies
of the summer, if not THE hottest.

If you don’t know what it is I’ll give you a hint –

– there’s a big green angry guy in it
– there’s also a Viking god
– a guy made of “iron”
– and a WWII veteran

Of course I’m talking about “The Avengers” which has
already taken in over $250 Million worldwide. (Yikes!)

Me personally, I like the Hulk – “Smash!”

Fits my temper. Get it? LOL.

Anyway, these guys are all Superheros and they’re
know for having super strength and stamina.

(Except Ironman – he’s got a super-brain and a metal

Which is why we like them – because they’re all archetypes
of who we really want to be.

(Archetypes – that’s a big word…)

And the cool thing is, kettlebells are arguably one of the
best tools to forge a Superhero’s body.

All you gotta do is lift heavy and cut your rest time down.

That’ll strip off some fat and put on muscle in all the right

So here’s a workout fit for a Superhero – you. (You’re a
hero to somebody you know.)

It’s called “The Olympic”.

Here’s the program –

You’ll need a KB that’s a 7 rep max on your Press for this.

Day 1: Clean + Front Squat

Day 2: Clean + Press

Day 3: Clean + Front Squat + Press

Here are the guidelines:

– Use ladders of 1,2,3,4,5 for the first 4 weeks
– Perform as a complex (all the reps of one exercise before
the reps of the next)
– Set your timer for 20 minutes
– Do as many sets as possible in 20 minutes
– Rest as necessary
– Perform on alternating days – like M-W-F

This will put muscle on in all the right Superhero places and
simultaneously trim off any unwanted flab and really drive
up your conditioning levels.
