Lousy Diet + Right Program = 2″ Off Waist (WTH??)

Not everyone has the desire to go on a hardcore fat loss

Let’s face it – they’re pretty challenging – especially the
dieting part.

In fact, 9 times out of 10 I’d tell you that you’ll need to
focus on your nutrition first and foremost to drop your
body fat.

I’ve talked to my coach about this many times and he has
often said that is sometimes not the case – the right training
program can help you drop fat without ANY change in
your current diet.

P.S. I’m not saying you should start drinking extra beer
