Man Quits Kettlebells – LOSES 15lbs – How And Why (Blog)

I got a weird email from a loyal reader yesterday.

He quit using kettlebells and lost 15lbs. and
wanted to know why and what to do next.

Needless to say, he’s happy but very confused…

And, yeah I know what you’re thinking –

That’s not supposed to happen!

It’s supposed to be the opposite, isn’t it?

Kettlebells are supposed to be the “magic
bullet” for weight loss.

What happened to this guy and why didn’t
they work for him?

And more importantly, why aren’t they working
for you?

(Yeah, I know we’ve been covering the topic
of stress hormones lately, but this goes
even deeper than that.)
