Ok, you’re busting your butt swinging bells
probably denying yourself in the process to
either drop a few L-Bs or keep them off.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t have dessert.
I have it every night.
And it’s gotten even better than just a square
of dark chocolate.
(Heresy! Say the chocolate lovers!)
Here’s what I’ve been doing:
– Take about 1 cup of frozen blueberries and
microwave them for about 60s.
– Pour about 1/4 -1/2 cup of coconut milk over
– Sprinkle some walnuts in (or almonds if you
like – or both!)
– And enjoy!
I’ve been chowing down on this every night
except last night.
A couple of months ago I recommended you get

sleep better when I have dessert – must be the carbs.
