My New Favorite Dessert (Recipe Inside)

Ok, you’re busting your butt swinging bells
probably denying yourself in the process to
either drop a few L-Bs or keep them off.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t have dessert.

I have it every night.

And it’s gotten even better than just a square
of dark chocolate.

(Heresy! Say the chocolate lovers!)

Here’s what I’ve been doing:

– Take about 1 cup of frozen blueberries and
microwave them for about 60s.

– Pour about 1/4 -1/2 cup of coconut milk over
the berries

– Sprinkle some walnuts in (or almonds if you
like – or both!)

– And enjoy!

I’ve been chowing down on this every night
except last night.

A couple of months ago I recommended you get
some of my buddy Dale’s raw food protein bars.

They’re gluten free, dairy free, no wheat, no soy,
no stevia, no preservatives or artificial sweeteners
either.

And that’s important to me cause regular protein
bars just bloat me up, give me gas, and make me
fat. No matter which ones I try. And the protein
powder – Fuggedaboudit!

Not Dale’s.

Anyway my new batch just came yesterday and
after being out for a couple of weeks.

Somebody asked me how I eat them when following
the Permanent Weight Loss Solution since I don’t
advocate snacking.

Dessert.

The healthiest dessert I ever done did eat too.

One bar has 22g of protein, 12g of fat, 28g of carbs,
and 7g of fiber.

Chocolate Almond Coconut has gotta be my favorite.

The cool thing about the bars is that they satisfy my
sweet tooth.

Plus, no clean up. :-)

So stop denying yourself and actually eat a dessert
or two that’s good for you.

I do it every night. It’s one of the smaller things in life
worth enjoying.

I hope you’ll start enjoying a guilt-free healthy dessert
every night too.

P.S. I know this is going to sound weird – but I swear I
sleep better when I have dessert – must be the carbs. :-)

And we all know how important sleeping better is for
is for recovery and results.

Who knew? Eating dessert can speed up your results?
