One Of My FAVORITE Kettlebell Pairings…

We tend to make things pretty complicated
sometimes with our workouts.

But they don’t have to be.

We even overlook one of the most
marvelous workout tools – our body.

Here’s my FAVORITE kettlebell pairing –

A ballistic exercise + a bodyweight
exercise – like this.

(That really is one of my all-time favorite
pairings – right there as suggestion #1…)

But, I’ve been really experiencing some
phenomenal results in my training lately
by not doing a whole lot of kettlebell lifting
at all.
