Pig Out On Thanksgiving And STILL Lose Fat?

Thanksgiving is 2 days away here in the US.

For my international friends, it’s a time where we celebrate and give thanks for our country and the freedoms we enjoy. It’s also a time where we get together with family and friends and pig out.


The only downside is that more often than not, that feasting takes its toll.

Some people say the average American gains an average of 8 pounds during the 6 weeks between Thanksgiving and New Year’s.

It’s not that much.

Depending on who you are, it can be as little as a pound and as much as 5 pounds. (According to the research.)

The problem is, the fat we put on during this time of year is the hardest to lose. (Also according to the research.)

Worse yet (according to the research), for most people, this  annual fat gain never comes off and explains why most people get fatter as they get older.

The Good News is, if you know how to manipulate the correct variables, it’s possible you can DROP between 2 and 3 pounds by 2016 and STILL enjoy all your  Holiday Festivities.
