I don’t know about you, but I’m skeptical by nature.
I’m not prone to hype or emotionalism.
Anyway, last year I stumbled across a scientific study that proves
what I’ve been saying for the last 5 years about getting strong –
And focusing on strength – for losing fat.
The reason I’m showing this to you is because, some of us (ahem,
cough-cough) rely heavily on seeing scientific proof in order for
us to take action.
And one of the things that keeps us taking action is knowing that
the science proves that outcome that we’re looking for.
In other words, we’re not walking a tightrope without a safety net
