Scientifically Proven: Less Is More.

I’ve got a secret to share with you.

This is counter to everything you’ve heard me say
in recent months.

Here it is –

It is not only possible, but virtually guaranteed that
you can work out 6 days a week and make faster
progress than just working out 3 days per week.

Now hold on there pardner – cause there’s a really
BIG catch to go along with that statement –

You’ve gotta do a whole lot more than just the
working out on those 6 days if you want those
fast results.

That’s where most people screw up.

They just don’t have the time, energy, or attention
to devote to achieving those “faster results.”

Sure, they’ll do the workouts, but they’ll skip the
other stuff that makes the workouts work.

Then they burn out, get injured, get frustrated and
maybe even quit.

(Sound familiar?)

That’s why doing less is more.

Think about this for a second – why would you want
to work out harder, longer, and more frequently…

… if you didn’t have to???

That just seems like masochism or self-loathing or
some kind of mental disorder…

Check out this study that proves what I’m saying.

It was published in the European Journal of Applied
Physiology, Mar.2011. In it, Heiden et al., put the
subjects on a simple resistance training protocol –

10 exercises (full body) for either 1 set or 3 sets.

Here are the startling results:

The researchers measured post-excercise energy
expenditure 24,48, and 72 hours post workout.

Both groups showed an elevated metabolism of
around an extra 100 calories.

BOTH groups.

The point being one group did one third the work
of the other and still burned as many calories post-

Which means that you don’t have to work out as
long, or as hard, or as frequently as you think to
get the results you’re looking for.

You just have to work out smarter.

Here are 49 “smarter, less is more” kettlebell programs
that allow you to work out – and see fantastic results –
in as little as 60 minutes per week.

Why make life more difficult than it has to be?

Do shorter workouts. Get results sooner.

No brainer.

Talk soon.

P.S. Shorter workouts are exactly what you need when
you’re stressed out – they help balance your stress
hormones therefore relieving stress. Longer workouts
make you more stressed out.
