Shortcut to fat loss with KBs?

We all know that KBs are awesome – or at least supposed to be for fat loss, right?

What if I told you I stumbled upon a shortcut –

A “magic pill” if you will – for rapid fat loss?

How rapid?

Awwww – nevermind.

Look, rapid fat loss does happen with KBs, but the conditions have to be right.

What conditions?

1. Your circumstances

2. Your mind

What do I mean?

I’ll break it down real quick for you so you don’t fall prey to any of that predatory Flakebook advertising –

You know – the ones with the pills, creams, and older guys being gawked at by younger girls.

1. Your circumstances

Do you have time, energy, and focus to train on a daily or near daily schedule?

Do you have time, energy, and focus to make meals that are healthy and support your metabolism and hormones so you can lose body fat and change your appearance?

Are you injury and “issue” free? In other words, are you free from aches and pains – those indicators that something, somewhere in your body is “off?”

You can lose fat rapidly – assuming you’re on the right program.

2. Your mind

This is really where fat loss – rapid or otherwise – starts.

Can you see yourself lean?

If you can’t, you won’t be.

It’s that simple.

Like the proverb says, “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.”

Your heart is your inner man. Your mind’s eye.

This is where it ALL starts.

Many people secretly feel doomed that they’ll stay where they are.

So when they embark on a fat loss program, it’s a half-hearted endeavor at best.

You have to be able to see yourself lean in order to do the work that’s required to get the fat off.

You have to be able to see yourself lean in order to overcome any obstacles that cross your path on the road to victory.

Speaking of victory – you must view fat loss as a competition, or a battle, that you’ve already won.

Make sense?

So that’s how rapid fat loss is done.

I’d estimate that’s about 2% of the population – the population using KBs.

(Who knows what % of the rest of the population that is.)

What about the other 98% of us?

(Yes, I’m including myself here.)

Is there really a “shortcut” for the rest of us?

Here it is:

For many, best results are found by cycling in fat loss focused programs for short periods of time throughout the year.

Mental ease.

Let’s face it – it’s hard to stay on a 12 to 16 week fat loss program.

Not to say that it can’t be done.

It can.

And has.

By many.

But for most, I dare say, that 30 days of focus is “good enough” to get off between 5 and 10 pounds.

Do that 3 or 4 times a year – once per quarter – and you could realistically –

And here’s the exciting part –

Lose between 20 and 40 pounds over the space of a year.

Imagine waking up this time next year 20 pounds lighter.

That would be “ok” wouldn’t it?

So how do you program this “shortcut fat loss training?”

Around other goals that actually support your body’s ability to shed fat.

I explain the process here.

Talk soon.
