It’s frustrating, I know.
I’ve been there.
Did you know that you could be accidentally sabotaging yourself?
By working out TOO much.
By doing TOO MANY long(er) kettlebell workouts.
Unfortunately, it’s true – your KB workouts could very likely not
only keeping you fat BUT making your fatter.
And that’s bad news since undoubtedly, you started using them
for the opposite reason – to get in shape and get rid of those
lovehandles, tummy pooch, saddlebags, or whatever, right?
Here’s the deal:
Workouts are perceived as a bad stress to your body. A short
term bad stress, that ultimately turns into a good stress and gives
you the adaptation, or the results you’re looking for – a leaner,
more attractive body.
However, when you combine longer, traditional KB workouts
with the stress of every day life – pressures at work, arguments
with your spouse, and rounding up kids – well then, you have a
recipe for disaster.
Cause your stress hormones – cortisol and adrenaline go crazy.
And when they do, you shut down your body’s fat-burning processes
and instead make it start storing fat like crazy.
Don’t believe me? Well how come you can’t seem to get rid of
that layer of fat right around your navel and have those love-
Those are directly related to the combination of too much cortisol
and too much insulin being released in your body.
There is a way to combat this and turn your fat-burning hormones
P.S. This is actually pretty easy to fix once you wrap your head around
it. It’s exactly the opposite of what you’d normally think too.
