The CURE For BORING KB Workouts

Hope you had a great weekend.

I did.

FINALLY completed one of my major goals over the last 2 years. I’ll tell you more about that some day soon. 99% sure it’ll encourage you. :-)

Today, I wanted to share with you parts of a conversation I had with one of my very good friends in the “biz” on Saturday night on my way home from my “goal realization.”

We were talking about how the modern day fitness trends focus on “keeping things fresh” and so on.

And one of the reasons people never reach their goals is because they allow themselves to view their workouts as “boring.”

As a result, they won’t do the repetitive things necessary to get where they want to go –

i.e. To get the lean, strong body you really want to get.

And as a result, they go nowhere – constantly workout “hopping and shopping” – looking for the “next great workout” to solve their problem instead of just doing what they truly know they need to do.

Which brings me to a question for you:

You know what is really boring?

Being Fat and Weak.

Or chronically fat and weak.

And that’s THE CURE for “boring” workouts –

Realizing that if you’re feeling fat and weak –

It’s all under your control.

You want to stop being fat and weak?

Stop the “hopping and shopping.”

Buckle down, get with a plan, and work your plan.

Repeat until you see your results.

Not sexy.

But that’s the TRUTH.

Is it easy?

Can be.

Depends on how you view it.

If you think it’ll be easy, it will be.

If you think it’ll be hard, it will be. You’ll find 101 excuses for why you can’t do it.

And so you won’t.

What’s the “best” workout program for you to stop being fat and weak?

Something you can stick to?

Here’s a shocking statement for you:

Surprised, right?

Because I’m supposed to know “all” the answers, right?

At the end of the day, it all depends on you.

How long have you been training with KBs?

How many KBs do you have?

How much time can you / will you realistically devote / commit to achieving your your goal?

Here’s my suggestion for you:

If you have 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week, and have more than one KB, or you’re willing to get a couple more KBs, then, double KB training is the way to go for you.(Or at least A way.)

And “Kettlebell STRONG!” is THE way to go for you if you’re going to use double KBs in your training. It’s your double KB foundation.

Get your copy here.

Talk soon.

PS – Looking in the mirror week-after-week and seeing the same old unchanged body is frustrating.

It’s a result of having to be “entertained” by your workouts. You want to stop being bored by your workouts?

Stop focusing on the workouts themselves and start focusing on the RESULTS they will provide when you stick with them.

If you want to be entertained, go watch a movie. The new James Bond is due out November 6th. :-)

In the meantime, say goodbye to being fat and weak –
