I don’t know about you, but I go through periods in life
where things just get CRAZY.
There barely seems time to breathe.
You blink, and 2 to 3 hours have passed and you’re still
not done doing whatever it is that you’re supposed to
Times like these, it’s easy for workouts to take a back-
burner – get lost in the shuffle.
And let’s face it – all of us – including myself – want to
get lean and more importantly – STAY lean.

Yeah, and I know – you’re “supposed” to go into “maintenance”
mode under periods of high stress – but not having an outlet
can and will be for many people just as stressful.
So why not take advantage of it and put all those little
pieces into one convenient little package?
Makes perfect sense, doesn’t it?
I think so.
That way you achieve your goals – or at least get closer
to them instead of putting them off yet again – AND
you get stuff done.
