little *sproing* or something – something “niggling.”
If you ignore it long enough, it’ll turn into something big.
Then you’ve got a real problem.
The interesting thing is that, based on my experiences
over the last 11 years, I don’t think any of that HAS to
In fact, it can easily be avoided.
The other interesting thing about this is that this is also
one of the main causes of aging – or feeling old.
I’m 40 and I was just telling one of my clients this morning
that I feel like I’m in my 20s again. Early 20s.
In fact, as a whole, I am stronger now than I ever have
You can get better with age too.
