I was walking up to the local Peets to get some green tea and
do some work this morning (Yes, green tea. I know, a departure
from my normal manly decaf coffee – ate something that didn’t
agree with me yesterday, so don’t want all the heavy acid…)
and passed a house I remembered from last summer.
The two-car garage door was open.
On the left side were a stack of boxes to the ceiling and 3 filing
To the right of the filing cabinets was a treadmill.
Facing the road of course.
Last summer when I was out here I saw a woman running on that
Imagine that –
A beautiful sunny day in northern California. Not a cloud in
the sky. You look up and you see palm trees against the sky.
… And you’re in a dark garage, running on a treadmill going
Something ironic about that.
Especially when you consider you could take your KB out in
your backyard or better yet – a pair of KBs – and knock out
a hardcore workout in less than 10 minutes.
These type of workouts are PERFECT this time of year if
you don’t want to do the fat loss thing or the “post-season”
thing (Hey – they’re not for EVERYBODY – We all have different
Think about this -
What if there was a way to use all that Christmas Chow to
Most people will gain body fat this Holiday Season.
That’s what the statistics say.
But what if you could take those extra calories and use them
to your advantage -
To turn them into MUSCLE?
(And yes, this works for ladies too.)
That’s where this short, intense, 4 to 8 minute program comes
It’s called the “Double Stuff” time-efficent muscle building
After your warm up, the first two workouts take approximately
Over the course of 4 weeks, they get halved –
They end up taking only 4 minutes.
Yeah, that’s right – 4 minutes.
And no, it’s not some “Tabata-esque” nonsense either.
This program is based on two mechanisms for growth (overload):
The Interval Method and the Repetitive Effort Method.
Both, when applied properly, are great for building muscle.
What’s so important about building muscle?
Because as we age, we lose it.
Check this out:
Dr Gilbert Forbes, of the Rochester School of Medicine, had
a report published in “Human Biology” in 1976. In it he found that
average men and women between 20 and 50 who did not strength
train lose half a pound of muscle a year.
Over the course of 30 years, that’s 15 pounds of muscle!
Here’s what’s more startling:
Those same men and women are gaining fat at TRIPLE the rate!
That means not only will they lose 15 pounds of muscle, they’ll
gain 45 pounds of fat!
I know I know, I hear you saying, “But I DO strength train!”
Yeah, but how long have you been doing it?
How long have you been swinging your KBs?
Let’s say we’re the same age – 42.
I’ve been strength training since I was 16 and have never
Maybe you just started a couple of years ago – say when you
According to stats, you’ve got some catching up to do!
Especially if you used to use the “treadmill to nowhere”
cardio approach for fat loss anytime over the last 20 years.
Because long slow cardio actually PROMOTES FAT
STORAGE and muscle loss by down regulating your thyroid
and increasing the amount of the stress hormone, cortisol, AND
increases your appetite.
You have some muscle that needs to be regained and some fat
that needs to be hacked off.
So why not catch up now?
Train for some muscle growth using the “Double Stuff” program.

There’s no fancy sales letter or anything like that.
So when you click the link below, you’ll be taken straight
to the shopping cart where you can check out and then get
immediate access to the “Double Stuff” program.
Tomorrow will most likely be the last day you can get your
hands on this program.
As I mentioned, the “Double Stuff” program is only available
to members of my “Kettlebell Burn Inner Circle” and those
who get the Deluxe edition of “Kettlebell STRONG!”.
Imagine, only working out 4 to 8 minutes 3 times a week.
Sounds too good to be true.
I assure you it’s not.
Here’s what one of my good customers said about it –
