The Treadmill To Nowhere V. “Human Biology”

I was walking up to the local Peets to get some green tea and
do some work this morning (Yes, green tea. I know, a departure
from my normal manly decaf coffee – ate something that didn’t
agree with me yesterday, so don’t want all the heavy acid…)
and passed a house I remembered from last summer.

The two-car garage door was open.

On the left side were a stack of boxes to the ceiling and 3 filing
cabinets.

To the right of the filing cabinets was a treadmill.

Facing the road of course.

Last summer when I was out here I saw a woman running on that
treadmill.

Imagine that –

A beautiful sunny day in northern California. Not a cloud in
the sky. You look up and you see palm trees against the sky.

… And you’re in a dark garage, running on a treadmill going
nowhere.

Something ironic about that.

Especially when you consider you could take your KB out in
your backyard or better yet – a pair of KBs – and knock out
a hardcore workout in less than 10 minutes.

These type of workouts are PERFECT this time of year if
you don’t want to do the fat loss thing or the “post-season”
thing (Hey – they’re not for EVERYBODY – We all have different
goals).

Think about this -

What if there was a way to use all that Christmas Chow to
