The TRUTH About Weight Gain And The Holidays

I’m gearing up for Christmas. Just went and bought the meat yesterday at Whole Foods.

6 pounds of it. :-)

And crab for my wife and son to eat on Christmas Eve. (I can live without it. My daughter will probably eat some too of course.)

And you know what?

I’m gonna do my best to stuff myself on Christmas Day.

3. I know how to accommodate for it.
