This Is Just Plain Ol’ CRAZY…

Everyone knows that you can lose a bunch
of fat by doing Swings.

But how about losing MORE fat by combining
Swings AND Chins in the same workout?

What about Pistols?

Sounds like Craziness to me!

But it’s true – you can combine bodyweight
exercises like Chins and Pistols into your
kettlebell program to burn off that unwanted
body fat.

It doesn’t have to be either / or. It can easily
be Both.

In fact, you can actually Accelerate Your Fat
Loss by doing adding them in.


Because body control requires more energy.
(Seriously, you ever see rock climbers or
gymnasts? They’re Ripped.)

And I wouldn’t believe it but I’ve done it
myself. (I’ve lost about 20lbs in the last
year and a lot of my work has been with
bodyweight exercises like Chins and Pistols.)

So you can either design your own combo program
or you can save time and the headache and grab
