[VIDEO] A Simple (And Quick) Way To Increase Your Strength Levels

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving weekend.

We did – my parents spent the week with us
and our son went nuts spending time with
Grandpa.

Speaking of “nuts” – you ever notice how
crazy we get when we hear about things
that make us instantly stronger?

I do.

I admit it.

I go crazy and want to know the “secret.”

Here’s one for you –

If you tweak the way you do this lift, you
can make your whole body stronger
.

In fact, two weekends ago when I was teaching
in Richmond, I showed this to the attendees.

Almost all of them said it was the major “a-ha”
moment they were looking for in their KB
training.
