Hey – I found this weird exercise video for you about a
routine that’s over 100 years old.
I put it on the blog for you.
It’s actually kind of funny to think that some of the exercises
in here are so similar to some of the “mobility” work that’s
being recommended today.
Obviously I don’t totally agree with some of the stuff in this
video but there are a couple of good points in it that you
can apply to your KB workouts today.
