One of the problems with many traditional KB programs
is you’re doing pretty much the same thing over and over
and over and over again…
… which I guess is fine if you like that sort of thing.
I guess that’s why I love the concept of “waviness of loads” –
because simply by changing the volume or the intensity
you speed up the “results progress.”
In other words, you see results faster. (I ALWAYS have.)
If you like seeing results slowly, you can stop reading now.
That’s how I programmed “Kettlebell STRONG!” – but don’t
take my word for it – here’s what Connor said about it:
“Another echelon of strength” – I like that.
Would you like that?
P.S. I know this email may sound a little “pushy” – And I wish
I could apologize but I won’t.
Life is only but so long and it’s a shame to waste it on ineffective
or mildly effective methods of training when you could not only
get to your goals faster, but spend more of your time enjoying
the things you love – like your family, your hobbies, and creating
adventures that don’t revolve around working out.
