Just wanted to give you a training update
that I thought could help you out.
Hard to believe that I’m not really using
kettlebells right now in my training.
Feels very weird, but very good.
Depending on who you are, you may need
to re-evaluate your training too.
Not give them up entirely – just re-evaluate
P.S. The really weird thing is that even
though kettlebells aren’t the mainstay of
my training right now, some of my exercise
like my nemesis are getting freaky strong.
