WHEN To Use Bodyweight Workouts For Fat Loss (3 Categories)

Let me shoot you straight – you probably don’t need to be
doing bodyweight only fat loss workouts unless -

You fall into one of these 3 categories:

1. Your results have either slowed down to a crawl or
stopped dead in their tracks.

2. You’ve got nagging aches and pains from KB workouts

3. You are having a hard time staying focused on your
current workouts and end up skipping them.

If you’re not sure, keep reading and we’ll go in depth
on each of these 3 categories.

1. Your results have either slowed down to a crawl or
stopped dead in their tracks.

Ok, this is the obvious one. Big forehead slap here.

Either you’ve slipped back into old fat-storing eating
habits or –

You’re workouts are no longer a challenge for you body,
or –

Both.

Bodyweight workouts make a nice change of pace
and are challenging enough to stimulate your body
to change (a.k.a. lose fat).

This is a hidden killer – as in it’ll kill your results.

You can even get your eating on point and not see
the changes in fat loss that you want.

That’s because pain creates chronic and systemic (whole
body) inflammatory responses, which alters your hormonal
responses – namely – screws with your cortisol and insulin
levels –

Making it hard to regulate blood sugar, among other
things.

And that’s bad.

Personally, performing bodyweight exercises has brought
me through and over the pain thing, allowing me to shed
my “PIB” – Pain Induced Bodyfat.

It keeps you focused. Plus moving your body through
space is fun. Especially when you use some of Adam’s

your body work harder, get stronger, and make you
