Which Do You Like Better?

If I said you could lose up to 10% of your bodyweight
in only 29 days but had to live like you were in boot
camp –

OR –

You could lose up to 2 to 3 pounds a week (depending on
how much you have to lose in the first place) only working
out 20 to 30 minutes three days a week –

Which, by the way, is still considered “rapid” by the
medical industry –

Which one would you pick?

I know for me, at this stage in my life, with 2 little
ones and multiple businesses I’m working on –

20 to 30 minutes sounds WAY better.

WAY more doable.
