WHY are you using your KBs?
Is it to get leaner?
To get stronger?
To recapture some sort of movement loss?
Is it working?
In other words:
Are you getting the results you want?
If not, why not?
So many of us get into this working out thing – even with
KBs and somehow lose the forest for the trees.
We lose sight of the main reason we got started in the first
We forget, as productivity expert Stephen Covey, says,
to “Keep the main thing, the main thing.”
What is it you want to do – or better yet – BE?
I want to be strong AND lean.
One of the best ways to get strong and lean is to learn how
to use a pair of KBs.
Learn how to swing them…
… Squat them…
… Press them…
… Snatch them…
… Clean them…
… And jerk them.
Then you’ll be plenty strong.
For women – learn how to do this with a pair of 12kg/26lb
Men – a pair of 24kg/53lb will do the trick.
If that sounds out of reach, it’s not.
It’s easier than you think.
