Don’t hate me, ok?
But the truth is, I struggle to gain weight and keep it on.
For example – I recently went on a muscle-building routine (because muscle is VERY important for guys and gals over 40) and put on almost 15 pounds in 12 weeks.
Then, over the space of a very stressful 4 weeks I lost almost all of it.
Right now you may be struggling with the opposite.
You’re having a hard time losing weight and / or keeping it off.
And it’s not going to get any easier with the Holidays coming up.
That’s why you’ll want to take a look at the research I dug up on the topic.
(It’s actually VERY fascinating – there are 2 independent sources that collected data over a 20-year period –
One is a study that was published in the prestigious Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) and the other was data collected by the NWCR.
And they both reached the same conclusion.)
This research explains the reason I’m struggling to gain weight and why you’re struggling to lose it.
I made a video about it for you here.
Do me a quick (and super-easy) favor –
Tell me if you agree with me or not on this –
I did some market research about why people fail to get results from their kettlebell workouts.
Interestingly enough –
The reason people give is actually tied to my inability to gain weight.
Watch it and let me know what you think.
PS – This is really counter-intuitive.
I’m betting if people just got ahold of this, we could solve the “overweight/obesity” epidemic here in the US.
I’m not 100% sure about that – let me know what you think.
The research seems to support my conclusion.
It certainly supports the reason I can’t seem to gain any weight.
Once you understand how this works, you’ll be able to do the same thing as me.
