Why Stretching Is Not Only Over-Rated, But BAD For You.

Yeah, I know that’s controversial.

But I wanted to let you in on a little secret of mine.

I don’t stretch.

EVER.

Without a warm up.)

And there’s a really good – no wait – GREAT reason
why 9 times out of 10 stretching is bad for you.

Like possibly screwing yourself type of bad for you.
