Modern society is great.

We have every convenience necessary and every luxury
ever thought of.

Except the *instant* ability to alleviate soreness, stiffness,
and tightness.

And that’s because most people sit/stoop/slouch at a desk
most of their day. Or they’re hunched over in some other
similar position.

And that wreaks havoc on your spine.

Hence lower back soreness and/or upper back stiffness.

There are lots of methods that require a fair bit of precision
in order to help you out.

But I don’t think precision is necessary.

It wasn’t when you were a kid, therefore, following that
logic, it’s not now.
