[WORKOUT] Memorial Day – 3 Lil’ Pigs “Meat” The Wolf

First, it’s Memorial Day here in the US and that means
a big THANK YOU to all our veterans who served and
to the families who have sacrificed for our freedom –

Freedom isn’t free and I’m incredibly grateful for your
service and sacrifice. Thank you.

Second, there’s a very good chance that if you’re American
you’ll be around a BBQ at some point today chowing
down on either a beef related or pork related product –

Ribs. Bacon. Hot Dogs.

The 3 Lil’ Pigs.

(Or pig products.)

Well print out this workout and then do it before
you meet those Fat Boyz so you can make some room
for them.

It’s called “The Wolf” and it might be one of the most
brutal complexes you’ve ever done in your life.

Here’s what you’ll need:

– 1 pair of moderately heavy KBs – a pair you can press
8 times max will work great here. (Even your 10RM
may feel heavy.)
– a gut check

Here’s the workout – and as I mentioned, perform it
as a complex – so don’t put the KBs down until you’ve
done all 5 reps of each exercise for a full 25 non-stop
reps:

Clean x5
Front Squat x5
Press x5
Clean x5
Front Squat x5

Perform 3 sets.

Rest twice as long as it takes to perform each set.

(So if it takes you 60 seconds to perform, rest 2 minutes.)

Yes, that’s “it.”

It may look easy, but I guarantee it’s not.

Especially if you get the weights right.

Hit that in the morning before you head out for the day.

You’ll have no problem making and keeping room for
the “pigs” and their friends.

Happy Memorial Day.

Geoff

P.S. Dang – almost forgot – if you liked “The Wolf” –
that’s actually Day 1 in the 3-day-a-week program by
the same name – “The Wolf” – inside “More Kettlebell
Muscle.”

It’s a great resource for you for time-efficient rapid
fat loss programs – 40 in all – complex and chain-
based programs.

If you want to enjoy your summer without spending
it working out yet still want the benefits of being
“bathing suit” ready -get your copy of “More
Kettlebell Muscle” here.
