you’ll be around a BBQ at some point today chowing
down on either a beef related or pork related product –
Ribs. Bacon. Hot Dogs.

Well print out this workout and then do it before
you meet those Fat Boyz so you can make some room
It’s called “The Wolf” and it might be one of the most
brutal complexes you’ve ever done in your life.
Here’s what you’ll need:
– 1 pair of moderately heavy KBs – a pair you can press
8 times max will work great here. (Even your 10RM
may feel heavy.)
– a gut check
Here’s the workout – and as I mentioned, perform it
as a complex – so don’t put the KBs down until you’ve
done all 5 reps of each exercise for a full 25 non-stop

Perform 3 sets.
Rest twice as long as it takes to perform each set.
(So if it takes you 60 seconds to perform, rest 2 minutes.)
Yes, that’s “it.”
It may look easy, but I guarantee it’s not.
Especially if you get the weights right.
Hit that in the morning before you head out for the day.
You’ll have no problem making and keeping room for
the “pigs” and their friends.
