Your “Mission” This Weekend, Should You Choose To Accept It… (Surprise Inside)

“This message will self-destruct Sunday at Midnight.”

I hope you found those Case Studies as inspirational
as I did.

If you didn’t get a chance to see them, or you don’t
know what I’m talking about – go here.

Here’s that “surprise” I was talking about at the of
that last video.

I wanted to show you some of what you’ll be working
on inside the Kettlebell Secrets Insider Coaching
Program – particularly Month 1 – which is Stage 1:
Fix Your Movement Issues, Aches, And Pains

of the 4-Stage Cycle For Perpetual Progress.

So, this weekend, your “mission,” should you choose
to accept it is twofold:

1) Watch and more importantly DO the Reflexive
Reboot Mobility Warm Up.

There are actually two videos here:

Video 1 is me just doing the RRMWU with no
commentary so you can see how it should flow.

Video 2 is me giving commentary on each part
of the RRMWU, so you know what you should
be feeling, and how to do each “exercise” in it
for maximum benefit.

This is “the thing” that so many of my KSIC members
were talking about that really “opened up” all their
tight spots.

(One of my friends actually had his wife’s 75 year
old aunt, who was staying with them, do this – it
was so gentle she loved it and did it every day!)

Just like I challenged them, I challenge you to do
this every day – or in this case – every day this
weekend: Today, tomorrow, and Sunday.

I guarantee you’ll feel looser all over and more
relaxed because of it come Monday.

2) Download and do “Workout B” from month 1
of the Kettlebell Secrets Insider Coaching 
Program.

You can do this today, tomorrow, or Sunday.

It includes the Seated V Press, which Debbie
mentioned in her case study.

The Seated V Press has been pretty much forgotten
(the truth is, most people didn’t know it existed) and
“forces” you to use proper pressing mechanics –

Starting from your midsection on up.

This “simple” looking workout will challenge 99%
of the population.

If finds and exposes your weak links and over the
course of time, along with Workout A, eliminates
them.
